For small defense contractors preparing CMMC Level 2 evidence
Turn your CUI scope, controls, and gaps into a self-attested CMMC prep pack.
Answer plain-English questions about your contract trigger, CUI flow, system boundary, controls, evidence sources, and open gaps. Review every statement before checkout, then get an SSP starter, SPRS review brief, POA&M roadmap, evidence register, and prime-review page — all generated only from your attested answers. Flat $499, one time. Your documents are yours to keep.
How it works
- 1. Answer plain questions. What triggered CMMC, how CUI moves, what systems are in scope, which controls exist, and where the evidence lives. “Not yet” becomes a POA&M item, never a current-practice claim.
- 2. Review and attest every statement. Before you pay, you see the exact statements your documents will be built from, each traceable to one of your answers. Fix anything, then confirm.
- 3. Get your pack.SSP starter, SPRS review brief, POA&M roadmap, evidence register, and a prime-review evidence page you can publish or take down anytime.
An SSP starter grounded in your scope
System boundary, CUI flow, in-scope systems, service providers, control owners, and advisor-review steps written from your answers instead of a generic template.
A POA&M roadmap that stays honest
Known gaps, not-yet answers, short log-retention windows, missing flow-down terms, and uncollected evidence become owner-and-evidence action items rather than overclaims.
A prime-review evidence page
A restrained, dated page that explains your self-attested scope, current control story, evidence sources, and open items. It never claims certification, C3PAO review, legal advice, or SPRS submission.
What this is — and what it isn't
CMMC Pack produces contractor-attested preparation documentation. Every statement comes from your own answers, and every document says so plainly, right under its title: “Based on answers provided by your company on the date you attested. Self-attested by the contractor; not audited, certified, submitted to SPRS, or reviewed by any third party.”
It is not a CMMC certification, not a C3PAO assessment, not legal advice, and not an SPRS submission. What it is: a fast way to organize your buyer-attested facts before a prime, consultant, MSP, or executive owner reviews the next step.
A real example, fully visible
Generated for Apex Fasteners LLC — a fictional small aerospace supplier profile, generated from the same intake schema and validator customers use. It is an example artifact, not a statement about a real contractor. Here is how the prime-review evidence page opens:
Apex Fasteners LLC — CMMC Self-Assessment Snapshot
Based on answers provided by Apex Fasteners LLC on 2026-06-30. Self-attested by the contractor; not audited, certified, submitted to SPRS, or reviewed by any third party.
Scope
Apex Fasteners LLC is preparing a Level 2 self-assessment pack after a prime contractor requested CMMC evidence before a 2026-08-15 subcontract renewal. The in-scope enclave is the estimating office, engineering workstation group, Microsoft 365 GCC High tenant, and the released-traveler file share. Apex receives CUI-marked technical drawings from the prime and stores them in a controlled SharePoint site.
Current Control Story
Access uses named accounts, manager approval, quarterly access reviews, and MFA for in-scope users and administrators. Engineering workstations use blocked USB ports except for two approved encrypted drives. SentinelOne alerts and Microsoft secure-score items are reviewed weekly by MSP SecureWorks Co.; critical endpoint patches are applied within 14 days. Microsoft 365 audit logs, firewall logs, endpoint alerts, and administrator-login logs are retained for 90 days. Employees with CUI access complete annual CUI handling and phishing training.

Common questions
How does it work?
You answer plain-English questions about your CMMC trigger, CUI flow, assessment boundary, controls, evidence, and open gaps. Then you review the attestation screen: every statement the system will put your name on, each traceable to one of your answers, editable before you confirm. Only after you attest do you pay, and the bundle is generated solely from your attested answers — never from anything we invent.
What data do you store?
Your intake answers and generated documents — they are the product's content, stored privately against your order and covered by our privacy policy. Your dashboard lives at an unguessable link. The only public artifact is the prime-review evidence page, and only if you publish it; you can unpublish instantly.
How long does it take?
The intake takes as long as it takes you to describe your own stack honestly — most of the questions are one-liners. After checkout, generation typically finishes in under two minutes; your dashboard shows the live status and you get an email when the pack is ready.
Does CMMC Pack certify my company or submit to SPRS for me?
No. Nothing CMMC Pack produces is a certification, C3PAO assessment, legal opinion, or SPRS submission. Every document carries a line saying exactly that. If a solicitation requires a formal assessment, this product does not replace it — it helps you organize the self-attested facts and gaps before review.
Can I update it after an MSP or prime review?
Yes — updating and re-attesting is free, forever. Email cmmcpack@forage.bot from your order and we'll regenerate your pack from your updated, re-attested answers with a fresh revision date. Your evidence page URL stays the same.
Who is this NOT for?
Contractors whose solicitation explicitly requires a C3PAO assessment before award, teams already running a GRC platform with a consultant-led evidence process, and anyone who needs formal legal counsel. CMMC Pack is for the small contractor who needs a grounded self-assessment pack to review this week.
What's your refund policy?
Two conditions, both checked automatically: verifiable failure— if our validator flagged your generation as failed after retries, you're refunded automatically (and can claim it for 90 days); or verifiable non-use — if our logs show you never opened your dashboard after delivery, refunds are available for 30 days. Anything else, email cmmcpack@forage.bot.
